**NOTE: this is a 30minute call to ensure we are a fit and explore what package offering would be best** Together we will journey through your Grief chapter. This looks so different for everyone as we each have out own unqiue experiences of grief. Sessions explore different tools we can call upon to land in our grief and allow it to move through us. A collectible approach of conversation, functional movement, breath work, journaling, sound vibrational experiences, reiki and oracle/tarot can be combined to create your own Journey along side grief. Grief doesn't end, there is no finish line, but when we can see it, acknowledge it an allow it to pass through us we can find more ease in the Journey.
