Reiki Level 1 Training Learn to calm your body, trust your intuition, and support yourself (and the people you love) with Reiki. If you’ve ever thought… “I need something to help me when life feels overwhelming.” “I wish I had a way to regulate myself in the moment.” “I want to feel more connected to my intuition.” This might be your sign. Reiki isn’t complicated or mystical or something only “spiritual” people can do. It’s simple. Grounded. Practical. It’s a gentle, hands-on way to support your nervous system and bring your body back to calm. And once you learn it — you have it for life. ⸻ This isn’t about becoming a healer. It’s about becoming resourced. This training is for everyday life. For: • the mom who feels touched-out and overwhelmed • the helper who holds everyone else together • the sensitive person who feels everything • the woman who just wants a tool to come back to herself Reiki gives you something you can use anytime: on yourself, your kids, your partner, or your home. No special gifts required. No experience needed. Just a willingness to learn and show up. ⸻ What you’ll experience in Level 1 During this small, in-person day together, you’ll receive: • Your Level 1 Reiki attunements • Hands-on practice (giving + receiving) • A clear, approachable manual • A small, supportive group setting • Plenty of space for questions • A calm, grounded environment where you can actually relax By the end of the day, you’ll know exactly how to use Reiki confidently on yourself and others. Most people leave feeling: lighter more connected surprisingly calm and thinking, “Why didn’t I learn this sooner?” Why I teach Reiki I love watching the moment it clicks for someone. That realization that says: “Oh… I can actually do this.” You don’t need to outsource your healing. You don’t need to wait for the next appointment. You have something in your own hands that helps life feel a little easier. In a world that feels busy and overwhelming, that matters. As a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, my approach is grounded, practical, and accessible — not overly “woo" or complicated. Just simple tools that work.
