The Aligned Life Journey is a unique, holistic space designed to support you through life’s journey—not just with mindset work, but by helping your entire system (mind, body, and energy) find balance, clarity, and ease. This isn’t traditional coaching. It’s a deeply intuitive and somatic experience that blends: ~Nervous system regulation to create safety and clarity in your body ~Energy work (Reiki, crystal sound vibration) to release emotional and energetic blocks ~Breath work & meditation to calm the mind and strengthen your inner connection ~Movement & embodiment practices to help you feel grounded and empowered ~Guided support & intuitive insights to help you navigate your Journey with confidence Whether you’re stepping into a new phase of motherhood, adjusting to an empty nest, shifting careers, navigating grief, or simply realizing life hasn’t unfolded the way you imagined—it’s okay to need support. You don’t have to do this alone. The Aligned Life Journey offers a safe, nurturing space where you can process, realign, and move forward with greater ease and self-trust. Together we will Journey in person or on zoom twice per month - but I know support goes beyond - and will be available via messaging for the times on your journey when life puts your Nervous System off track and it feels isolating and overwhelming.
