Spring Equinox - Seed of Abundance

An evening on the back of the Spring Equinox - when dark and light are in perfect balance before the scale of light tips give the perfect back drop for preparing the Soul for what it will abundantly manifest.  What must be removed and released from the soil of the soul and what needs to be added, the perfect balance will create the most fertile soil to plant our seeds of manifestation!  Together we will move through a Reiki infused restorative yoga practive, followed by Yoga Nidra - Seeds of Abundance, Sound bath, and a grounding Mantra practive will be the flow of this beautifully balanced time together.
