Reflection on the Lessons and the Rewards. What prepraration do we need to nurture our soil so the seeds we plant can be lush, rich, ripe and abundant

We drop in to the energy of Air - a connection to flow, to ease and the ability to blow away what is not serving, to unteather and let our mind be an open expansive of all that is possible.  This season is also connected to the Liver and we will speak to what purging we can do to allow our soil of manifestation to be ripe as we welcome spring - rebirth and renewal.
