Sound Flow

Join us in High River at Centered on Wellness (formerly Westridge Laser & Massage) for Sound Flow

An energizing yoga class that uses crystal bowls and sound vibration to help balance the body's energy and promote relaxation and healing. The bowls are played during the flow to create a soothing sound that can aid in deepening meditation and enhancing the benefits of your practice.

The class begins with gentle breath work and grounding then moves on to the flow. 

The session ends with an extended savasana while being bathed by Shelley’s bowls as they lift your spirits and ground your soul.No experience necessary, we strive to make all classes accessible to everyBODY.
