Bolsters, blankes, pillows, eye mask will all help support you on this journey - by allowing maximum comfort.
We we jouney to the Yoga Nidra state, we allow the body to sleep and the mind to go into healing layers. From this place we will travel through the 7 Main Chakra Centres restoring balance and shaking off what we no longer need to store and hold on to. While we jouney I will be offering a distance Reiki collective to bring further energetic balance to the Chakras.
