A class designed to calm the nervous system:
Nourishing meditation and Sound Bath to calm the body system and drop you into the space of Parasympathetic Nervous system - where the body can Rest and Digest.
You will Surrender the body, using the support of props and be lulled by the sounds of Quartz Crystal singing bowls, Rain stick, ocean drum, chimes and the Hand Drum.
