Meditation & Sound Bath

An evening of true bliss and a chance for the body to restore and be rejuvinated. Realign the energy bodies and charge the system. 

Join me for a guided meditation and then allow yourself to drift off as the virbational frequency fills the room.

Crystal bowls, chimes, fork, ocean drum and hand drum will peak your senses all while bringing the bodies vibration back to harmony.

Please come with the intention of being cozy and restful - we spend much of the time on our backs so blankets, pillows, supports, eye masks are a nice addition to the practice as well some people like to have water and a journal.
