Inperson Grief Circle

In sacred togetherness we will be witness and witnessed in grief.

A space to show up exactaly as we are to call in healing and space around the weary heart.

All forms of Grief are accepted in this space, there is no greif Heirachry - we are all one and deserving of witness. 

if you are expereining a weary heart as a result of a death of a loved one, loss for job, end of relationship, retirement, financial loss, pandemic, pet death or any other change to the typical in your life causing grief - this is a space for you to be seen - to speak your grief out loud, to call it inward so you can meet it. 

Evening in togetherness will vairy but will include some/all of the following

-Meditation

-Journaling

-Sound Vibration

-Reiki

-Somatic movements

-Candle honouring

-An opportunity to speak your greif aloud

-Cocoa/Tea

-Ritual 

Our gathering is held under the Balsamic Moon which is the bridge between worlds.  Not rushing into the future, she shows us how to be present with what is, to pause and reflect and let go with grace. Letting go does not mean forgetting, but letting go of the pain that grips and holds us.  This is a sacred time to put a stop to the doing energy and allow ourselves to be in the stillness, the space of reflection and nothingness - a time to expore this inner landscape.
