High River - Meditation & Sound Bath

An evening of true bliss and a chance for the body to restore and be rejuvinated. Before the Chaos of the season really takes hold - treat your self to some nourishing self care. Realign the energy bodies and charge the system. 

Join me for a guided meditation and then allow yourself to drift off as the virbational frequency fills the room.

Crystal bowls, chimes, fork, ocean drum and hand drum will peak your senses all while bringing the bodies vibration back to harmony.

Please come with the intention of being cozy and restful, props are availiable but you may wish to bring an eye pillow, your own pillow or cozy blanket.
