FEB High River - Meditation & Sound Bath

An evening of true bliss and a chance for the body to restore and be rejuvinated. Realign the energy bodies and charge the system. 

Join me for a guided meditation where we will refect on how we can more fully love ourselves - what our body mind and soul is craving in the way of self nourishment and then allow yourself to drift off as the virbational frequency fills the room aligning to the new frequecvy of what your heart is calling in.

Crystal bowls, chimes, fork, ocean drum and hand drum will pique your senses all while bringing the body's vibration back to harmony.

Please come with the intention of being cozy and restful, props are availiable but a yoga mat or blanet to lay on is suggested and you may wish to bring an eye pillow, your own pillow or cozy blanket.
