About the event
Earth & Ether is a 90-minute journey into deep rest — a blend of restorative yoga, hands-on Reiki, and grounding sound vibration designed to soothe your nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm.
Through long-held (7-10 Minutes), fully supported poses, you’ll root into the Earth — softening, settling, and surrendering.
As you rest, optional Reiki will be gently offered to guide your energy back into flow and harmony, bridging the physical and the subtle — the Earth and the Ether.
To close our time together, each participant will receive the grounding pulse of the frame drum — a rhythmic, primal vibration played over the body to deepen your connection to the Earth while reawakening your inner fire.
This is a morning to be held, to receive, and to return to yourself.
