Collective Gathering - February 15

After a long cold winter season of dropping inward to self, we being to slowly arouse and stir ourselves.  This act is approaced with the slowest of ease and compassion for self. Gently warming and calling in subtle movement.  Feeling the heart begin to beat more rapidly, a thawing starts to creap over the system. You are safe to start to wake, safe to start to thaw Spring will be here soon. 

This evening will offer the soul the gentle place to land - to be seen. Being guided through a restorative yoga practive you will have the opportunity to melt into your physical being, while receiving hands on Reiki - opening the channels within the body - the Chakra system. By calming the energies in the body we can more fully land in self.

As our body finds stillness from your practive we will enter Yoga Nidra - allowing the body to relax and enter a sleep like state, just under the veil of consciousness - the darkness within self. We enter the Bliss state through an invigorating Sound Bath and a mantra practice will ground us backing into the physical self before we leave the collective.

An excellent way to bring the body back into alignment and start waking the sleeping self.
